Founded in 2007

Northern Cement Public Shareholding Company is one of the producers of cement in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, specializing in the production of various types of cement that meet the highest global standards in accordance with both local and international quality benchmarks.

The company was established in 2007 under the Jordanian Companies Law with registration number (464) and an initial capital of fifty-five million Jordanian Dinars.

In 2010, the company changed its legal status from a private limited liability company to a public shareholding company, and in 2011, it was listed on the First Market of the Amman Stock Exchange.

The company's design production capacity is approximately one million tons of cement annually.

• Manufacturing and grinding of cement and clinker, and producing all types and forms of cement.

• Maintenance of industrial projects related to cement production, and preparation of various types of ready-mix concrete and cement mixtures.

• Importing, exporting, selling, and trading of cement and clinker.

From the other hand, northern Cement company established a cement factory in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan with a capital of 250 million riyals, the production capacity of the factory north of Jordan million tons of cement per year and takes place the project on a land area of 200,000 square meters in the distinguished area east of the city of Amman.
